The goods that you have ordered will be delivered within 30 days.
You are entitled to amend your order any time before the goods have been sent out.
The customer can return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods and will be entitled to a full refund providing the goods have been returned in the exact conditions they have been sent out and any packaging instructions have been followed for the return of the goods. Refunds will not be given for any goods that are damaged when inspected on return and any goods that have been altered to fit the customer's specific instructions.
Customers will receive their refund within 14 days of the goods being received back by Chiltern Mills.
How to Wash
When you receive your goods it is essential that you look at the washing instruction for the product to keep it in its best condition.
These will be available on the product tags that are attached to the product in most cases.
Recommended Washing Instructions:
- Machine washable at 40 degrees using mild treatment
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low setting
- Iron on low setting
- Do not bleach
