Ordering with Chiltern Mills is very easy!
When you have found a product you like, select the colour (sometimes there is only one colour), select the size (sometimes there is only one size) and then choose the quantity you would like to order.
Once you have done this, click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button and the goods will be added to your shopping bag. You can check what is in your shopping bag by looking under the "Shopping Bag" on the right hand side of the screen. You will be taken to a page where you can amend your order as well as remove any items you no longer want. Don't forget you can continue shopping around the rest of the website before you complete your order!
Once you are happy with your order click on the "Go to Checkout" button on the right hand side of the screen. On this page you can double-check your order before selecting "Checkout".
On the next screen (Register/Login) Existing Users of the site can login to their account. New Users should register by selecting the "Register an Account" button. Please fill in the relevant details and select "Complete Registration"
On the next page (Delivery Information) you can choose your preferred Shipping (Delivery) address. Remember please review our Delivery Policy and if necessary complete the Courier Special Instructions field.
On the final screen (Payment and Confirmation) type in details of any online promotional code that you have by entering the code on the left hand side of the screen in the "Promotional Code" box. Please make sure that you enter this code and press the "Claim Discount" button BEFORE you confirm your order, as you will not be able to get your discount after.
On the final screen (Payment and Confirmation) you can select the Credit/Debit card you would like to use to make your purchase. If this is your first time shopping online with Chiltern Mills you will be asked to add a card which you can do by filling in the type of card, the name of the cardholder, the last three digits on the signature strip of the card, the Start date of the card (if applicable), the Expiry Date of the card, and the Issue number if applicable (only for Switch/Maestro cards).
A summary of your order will now be displayed which you can print out for your own records. We will also send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. We will also send you an e-mail to let you know that we have accepted your order and charged your Credit/Debit Card. The final email from us will confirm the dispatch of your order.
