How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your items online using most credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron, unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

When will my order be delivered?
Goods are normally delivered within 48 hours but may take up to 96 hours, especially when they are ordered Friday-Sunday unless a product specifically says otherwise. All our stock is subject to availability, we do have substantial stock levels however some items may have to be ordered in. We always keep you informed if there is a delay in your order. Please read our Delivery Policy

Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes you can. After placing your order please send us an e-mail detailing when you would like your order delivered. An additional charge will be required if you need your order to be delivered before a specific time or on a Saturday. Delivery date requests are always subject to stock availability.

Can I place an order and receive delivery abroad?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Can I E-mail a friend to tell them about a product they may like?
Yes you can E-mail a friend with a link to any individual item you think they may like, you can do this by clicking on the 'E-mail a friend' button below the picture of the product you think you would like, fill in both your and your friends name and E-mail address and press ok, your E-mail will then be sent.
